Terms of Service
Quotes and booking
Quotes are free and are confirmed with you before any work begins. A quote is based on the property details you provide and what we can reasonably assess; if the condition or access on site differs materially from what was described, we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Scheduling and weather
Same-day service is available where scheduling and weather allow. For safety we do not work in wet conditions — if rain is forecast for your booking, we will contact you to reschedule at no charge.
The service
Our service is professional vacuum gutter cleaning: removing debris from gutters and downpipes, checking water flow, taking before/after photos where practical, and removing debris from site. Gutter Goat is fully insured. If we notice visible damage or wear during cleaning, we will show you what we found and explain next steps before any extra work is discussed.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, bank transfer, credit card, and EFTPOS. Receipts include GST and can be provided for insurance claims or tax purposes.
